Each user of the District's sewer system shall pay a monthly sewer service charge as follows for all billings on or after January 2009:

Sewer Service Discount:
A 10% discount on sewer service fees shall be applied to any qualifying account in any bi-monthly billing period where total water usage is at or below the following thresholds:

Sewer Connection Surcharge:
$500.00 per equivalent dwelling unit for each sewer lateral connection outside of District boundaries. Surcharge is applicable to all such connections approved after January 1, 2001.
